About FormURL
FormURL is the short-link tool for Google Forms. It turns a long form address into a short, readable link you choose, with a QR code to match, so people can open your form from a poster, a slide or a message. It’s made by Sireto Technology.
- What it does
- Turns a long form address into a short link you choose, like formurl.com/to/summer-signup, with a QR code. Opening the link shows the Google Form embedded on the page.
- Who it’s for
- Anyone sharing a form with the public: teachers, event organizers, clubs and communities, small teams and recruiters.
- What it isn’t
- A form builder. FormURL doesn’t create or host forms, and it never sees the answers: they go straight to Google Forms.
- Form tools
- Google Forms first. Links to Microsoft Forms, Typeform, Tally, Jotform, Wufoo and SurveyMonkey work too, and open the form directly.
- Price
- Free: creating, editing and tracking links. Your first link needs no account.
- Accounts
- Sign in with a one-time email code or with Google to keep your links on any device, edit them, see their analytics and put them under your own username.
- Planned
- A paid Pro plan with custom domains, like links.yourcompany.com. It isn’t available yet.
